Tommy becomes first DLRG member to receive EMBO Postdoctoral Fellowship
Congratulations to Thapakorn (Tommy) Jaroentomeechai who is the recipient of a 2021 EMBO Postdoctoral Fellowship. EMBO Postdoctoral Fellowships support excellent postdoctoral researchers throughout Europe and the world for a period of up to two years. Together they form a global network of internationally mobile young scientists who have demonstrated excellence in their fields. Tommy will pursue his postdoctoral studies in the lab of Dr. Henrik Clausen in the Copenhagen Center (CCG) for Glycomics at the University of Copenhagen. The overarching goals of the CCG are to identify diseases caused by defects in glycosylation and to uncover novel functions of glycosylation.
