A huge congratulations to Eda on her promotion to associate professor
Congratulations to Prof. Eda Celik Akdur, former DLRG postdoc, who was promoted to associate professor in the Department of Chemical Engineering at Hacettepe University. After completing her postdoc at Cornell, Eda started as a lecturer in 2011 and was promoted to assistant professor in 2013. Her research has been at the interface of chemical engineering and applied biotechnology, with a particular focus on metabolic and protein engineering, recombinant protein and glycoprotein production, and mathematical modeling of biological systems.
