Congratulations to Bunyarit Meksiriporn who defended his PhD thesis on June 29, 2018! His thesis focused on the development of an intracellular selection strategy for isolating synthetic binding proteins that specifically recognize post-translationally modified proteins. The project represents a collaboration between the DeLisa group at Cornell and the Plueckthun group at the University of Zurich. Bunyarit will pursue a postdoc position in the Banta lab at Columbia University after which he will return to Thailand to start a faculty position at the Chulabhorn Graduate Institute in Bangkok.
